From last 2days im trying to complete my vkyc but not able to do it. After sometime getting stuck in this page.

Edit- thanks this hindi trick worked. It took nearly 15min and the agent asked my preferred language. 🤣

You need to escalate this concern with bank.

But card delivery took one months after many emails now it's look likes debit card like which has no limit

We both have excellent cibil score.

Your current location track during vkyc. If you do vkyc from other location mentioned on Aadhar that the reason of rejection( I guess)..
