Hacking attempt on Infinia Card

Someone tried to make payment to an adult site with my CC. I have international transaction disabled so bank rejected it.

1. Should I close this card and ask bank to replace the card?

2. Does Infinia international transaction require OTP? If not, it is very easy to get scammed, isn't it?

Replace the card asap. Card number, expiry and CVV have been leaked probably.

Replace the card including add-on and don't worry, if international transaction is disabled then it can't be used. Plz disable the card and report the same to customer care, so that for any future transaction, bank will be responsible

Most cards will not need OTP when used in international sites. I believe it is more about that country regulations.
