Cant pay my hdfc ergo health insurance premium despite having sufficient balance 🥹

Can someone explain to me why I am not able to pay premium via amazon pay… coz if I can’t, what is the use of buying apay giftcards..
Kindly guide me if I did something wrong, or any solution for the same..

Bcz they have change the rule.
Maximum u can pay from Amazon pay is 15k.

I think you can pay directly from Ergo website. Check the wallets option

No he won't b able to pay. Only thing he can do is to change frequency of payment so it comes below 25k
