For tap and pay its separate for visa. Everything else is shared. Same is true for scan and pay offers for rupay.

Apparently yes.

I tested one transaction for tap and pay. Lets see how it goes.

I did tap and pay and I didn't get the 5% cashback. Raised the ticket.

After getting response they said it only applies from 20th and not before that which is hilarious. I raised it again and did another tap and pay this time. Let's see whats the excuse this time.

Biggest resistance to using this card has been the redemption rule of min 1000, at least for me. May not be the case for someone with lot of purchases related to the offer categories.

I raised it to grivance team and after a long wait they said that they updated the tap and pay offer but they made the exception that they will credit the remaining 4% within 7 days.

So far I got two transactions credited with the 4%

Best way to max that amount is to get the amazon gift balance of 10k if you use Amazon a lot. You easily cap the 500. I'm going to change the 3% to Amazon and see if the 8% works when geting vouchers on both Smartbuy and Amazon directly.

@Joltpost You mean Apay voucher of ~17k to get 3% back as 500?
But I think SBI CB seems better option for someone having it.
If it turns out to be 8%, then yeah, best option.
Let us know how it goes...
Btw, with Apay Bal devalued, it doesn't leave many avenues for big ticket usage.

I'm not able to modify any card settings like domestic, Pos, Ecom. The manage card option is just there but it's been blurred and non accessable. Customer support is also not helping. The card is just lying there with all the options turned off !!

Is your card blocked? Raise it to the grievance team.

Tried, it says card has maximum limit.
My non pixel card had 2.92 lakhs limit already. But for Pixel card, I got LE offer from 60k to 2.10 lakhs.
As I heard earlier, many people got LE in 6 months. But I would like to know how did they availed LE.
Not able to raise request on respective option, it shows only FAQ. I raised request under how to set limit option. Waiting for their reply.
