There is option to enable ecom in dc thru ivr. I hv done for all my cards.
Else generate pin n wait few days now do dat from app or atm
What I tried so far

1. ATM visit, set PIN, no option to set ecom (it worked last time for me)
2. Tried PNB app, no card visible
3. Tried IVR, set ecom
4. Card visible yesterday, set ecom via app but not working
5. talked to cc, sent mail so far no reply....

Check ecom limits in app. Wht error u r getting at rupay website. If it goes back to rupay website then its due to ecom not enabled

Im per ial
yesterday i activated a imperial DC and made a transaction on rupay ...without any issue
in starting (in may) optimal cards were having the same issues , got the rectified by mailing the support , but there Support team is very pathetic and lazy.
