Check ecom limits in app. Wht error u r getting at rupay website. If it goes back to rupay website then its due to ecom not enabledWhat I tried so far
1. ATM visit, set PIN, no option to set ecom (it worked last time for me)
2. Tried PNB app, no card visible
3. Tried IVR, set ecom
4. Card visible yesterday, set ecom via app but not working
5. talked to cc, sent mail so far no reply....

Tried, it did show ecom disabled, enabled but still no luck...Netbanking is the best option in case card is not appearing on app
