3rd SBI credit card

I already have SBI cashback card with 1L limit & SBI simplyclick with 26K limit.

Now I'm planning to get a 3rd card, IRCTC SBI.

Does SBI allow a third card? Or should close SBI simplyclick first? As don't use this card at all, got it 8 months back.

I received SBI cashback 2 months back, & had to transfer limit from my SC to CB.

How should I proceed? Should transfer the whole limit to cashback card & close SC and then apply for IRCTC card a month later?

Or, should just apply IRCTC card & close SC card later?

Any insight on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

SBI varies from customer to customer. Nowadays many reports that even 2nd card is not allowed while others do get 2nd.
1st try for applying directly. If rejected then try for conversion of existing click to irctc as you mentioned it is not used mostly.

Sbi alllow 3 cards. I asked it by mail. Have dere confirmation

conversion of existing click to irctc

I mailed them about flipping the card. They asked me directly apply on the website as flipping isn't available they said.

I'll apply on July 10th, after cooldown for previous card is over.

Then call them on 15th July for flipping. You don't need to apply again. It's much faster and easier.

Where EXACTLY you see this ?

I got card1 last month, i want card2, after 7 emails and 2 calls, they saying wait till 3 months, then directly apply from website.

When I go to apply now, it says - my application is already under process. And when i track my application number - after otp, it says i have entered a wrong application number.. super weird.

I meant how it shows u the exact date when to apply next ?

I go to apply, its saying my application is still under process. And i have already paid the joining fees + 1 month's bill.

I not even reach that far yet.

I chooze the card > click on apply > click on personal details > fill my first name + last name + mobile > verify mob with otp > then this pic shows up.



Guess i have to wait 3 months. I will wait.
