SBI Yono App Account Opening VKYC Issue - Query

Hi, I am planning to open Insta Plus SA for my wife. From what I understand from all the posts is that vkyc agents are guaranteed available during early morning time.
So if I start my application at 8:45am, by 9am will I get the vkyc agent or should I start at a later time like 9:30am then by 9:45am will I get a hit?
Why I am trying to get this done in the early morning is because we both have to go to our jobs quickly! Dont want to schedule a slot for this the next day.

Also did you receive your passbook and debit card both together via Speedpost? Or separately?

I just tried filling the online application and unfortunately on the page where you have to enter PAN details, it keeps saying "Invalid PAN". Not able to proceed further from here.

Many a times SBI YONO App has issues at one step or other step. Last time it was a debit card selection page one step before final submission. Took one week to resolve and no one was able to open acc. that time.

General Perspective: If you have branch near you, open there. I don't know why people these days don't want to get out of their comfort zone and visit for things personally. If they say they dont have time then this is just a lame excuse because I see most of them spending time on their mobiles doing nothing then just scorlling social media in their free time. Use that time for much better things in life.
