I have transferred all my axis miles to Accor and club ITC and now I don’t have money to pay my credit card bills or minimum due for 3-4 months, I wanted to know if my transferred miles be affected?

No, already transferred miles wont be affected. but they may lock your rewards portal from future redemptions soon
