"Whenever I tried to set up the MPIN, it took me to select the bank that issued the Kiwi credit card. When I tapped on YES BANK again, it showed an error: 'No bank account linked with this bank. Restart UPI Activation."
"So, I tried to log back in from my brother's mobile number, but now it's showing: 'USER ACCOUNT DELETED.'
What should I do now? I have already raised a ticket on the Kiwi app."

Thanks for this, also I need to know if activating a cc hits cibil. I applied idfc first select cc and they issued me but now I think I don't need. Is there any disadvantage of activating and just keeping it if I don't want to use?

Applying is the only time the cibil is hit usually. Activation or not doesn't matter.

My brother has a Paytm merchant QR linked to his personal bank account. His total annual income from salary is under ₹4 lakhs. He doesn’t use the QR elsewhere.
I plan to use my Kiwi credit card to pay him ₹4,000 daily (max limit daily) for 10 days (₹40,000 total). it’s more of a personal arrangement between siblings.

I have been unable to use the Kiwi app for the past 40 days, so I tried updating my mobile number. Kiwi requested a duly filled form and KYC documents, which I sent twice to their Chennai office. The first time, I didn’t include my PAN card. The second time, I sent three signed forms, a color copy of my PAN card, and my Aadhaar card.
However, they keep rejecting the request, citing a "signature mismatch" even though my signature matches. Despite multiple follow-ups via email to Kiwi customer service, Yes Bank customer service, and grievance channels, there has been no update regarding the mobile number and Gmail ID update in the Kiwi app.
