Hey, anyone who is looking for HDFC Tata Neu Rupay Credit Card for UPI purpose. There's another option. HDFC has started providing HDFC Rupay UPI Credit Card to it's existing credit card customer. Check it via MyCards portal. Annual fees of just Rs.250+gst, waived of on spends of Rs.25000 only. Check if you have got the same offer in MyCards portal or not.

This card was offered life time free still no one took...taking it for annual fees is foolishness

I see on a Reddit post that HDFC *has* issued both cards UPI RuPay and Neu Infinity RuPay to customers so this is just an excuse they are making now

Maybe the card issuing order is the reason.
I got REGALIA,UPI RUPAY,PIXEL RUPAY,TATA NEU+ RUPAY
Try next year, you might get it if you really need it.

I'll switch my Tata Neu to Visa, get UPI RuPay and then switch back Neu to RuPay. Their policies make no sense 😄

Does UPI RuPay also have a cooldown period? Like if we get an HDFC core credit card, we can only get UPI RuPay from MyCards after 6 months? My UPI RuPay is being declined again and again citing "Internal policy" even though I have Freedom Visa, Swiggy MC and Neu Visa

Finally got the UPI RuPay Credit card today in MyCards automatically. Applied and showed ₹99 joining fee and 350 voucher. Annual fee waived on spends of 25K.

Now my Freedom, Swiggy, Neu Infinity and Pixel Play are all LTF but UPI RuPay is paid 🤣🤣🤣😂
Total cards: 8 out of which 5 should always work in instant discounts, Neu sometimes works in sales (early last year even gave 1.5% Neucoins+discount for NC EMI txns converted to full), Swiggy never works
1) Freedom
2) Freedom addon
3) Swiggy
4) Neu Infinity
5) Neu Infinity addon
6) Pixel Play Visa
7) Pixel Play RuPay
8) UPI RuPay

Applied for UPI RuPay addon too 🤣🤣Let's see if it's generated

Now next step is to upgrade Freedom to Millennia and then get another core card somehow so Millennia need not be upgraded to DCB/Infinia in the future

Thought of closing this HDFC upi CC but totally forgot and stopped using it.
Now i'm facing the consequences.
Today i was charged 250+GST on my statement
Logged in MYCARDS and have given CLOSURE request and my card is now BLOCKED.
Let's see how it goes.

Even if you want to close you have to pay the fees first, then won't close the card and it will show as a default in your cibil.

So you have to pay the fees but you can request them reverse it as you are willing to close.

Got HDFC Biz Upi credit card from Payzapp two days back. I am unable to add the card in online platforms like Amazon, Paytm, Phonepe. After entering card details im not being to taken to page where we enter otp (note: I am not getting otp from HDFC ) checked with customer care via call and asking to check with respective platform.
Anyone faced similar issue?
