I applied the Card -> Done the VKYC (11/06/2025) -> Still Stuck on the VKYC page, already confirmed from them said VKYC was successful. Those fools have no clue what to do, suggesting random things to try out. Has anyone faced the same issue?

There is technical glitches in vkyc with their application process. Kindly wait my vkyc complete in 5 days after card aproval, they are new with temporary technology

my card was approved in 15 min after vkyc , with maximum limit .

Upon going through the thread, Let me share my experience

1> Applied the Card on Day 1 Got Approval Same Day
2> The Vkyc agent was the most professional one even encountered till date
3> Got the best Limit Possible
4> Recieved the card on Day 3
5> The Print on the card is one of the best I ever came across (I have more than 14 cards from 8 diff banks both metal and non metal)
6> The card doesnot have my name print which is disappointing
7> The app is still in very infant stage , they should probably add more features and It seems complicated to me for both personal funds and card limit and usage of the same

Overall the experience was good, but few things could have been better
Like separate app pin and card pin
No way to switch on or off the pos trans
They migght add the feature of channel based use, ex- i can select that if I use this card in atm then every time my personal funds to be use and not credit limit until I change that.

Hope they refine the app and product in future

I haven’t received any update for newer version, android users pls check and update your app to activate new card, for me activate new card option not working.

V1.89 or newer give option to activate new card.
