Query on Payzapp wallet funds to bank account transfer

I am not seeing the transfer amount to bank account on my payzapp account when going to the payzapp wallet.

When I raised ticket with payzapp they said that the full kyc completed is only for the pixel credit card and they have to update it where I need to refresh the profile inorder to complete the needed kyc to have my earned cashback transferred to my bank account.

My main questions are has anyone else faced this issue and does this transfer only work if you have a HDFC bank account?
 
If you want to transfer money from wallet to any bank account, you need to have hdfc account and have completed Bank based KYC

If you have done only PAN based KYC, you will be able to use money in wallet for bills, recharges, etc. Additionally you can use linked prepaid card wherever applicable

There is now an update on Payzapp where they have upgraded the wallet to Zapp account. After doing the PAN KYC and adding my bank account, I got my cashback credited to my ICICI bank account. And there is zero fees.

I guess you can try it too now since you may need to update the KYC.
