Payment to credit card bill not going through for federal credit card Scapia credit card

In last 4 ~5 days, I have tried every possible way to pay credit card bill payment of federal bank scapia credit card through their app using UPI tried IMPS RTGS method and net banking method used three different bank accounts HDFC ICICI Indian Overseas Bank Yet the payment is not going through with different errors on different platform but bottom line is I cannot pay my credit card bill even if I want should I do now?
HDFC UPI it says risk trash hold exceeded
ICICI UPI ERROR Z6
Netbanking fails
Neft imps on both icici hdfc wrong bank account/ dose not exist


Do I do now please kindly help urgent needed My bill is due in next six days.

You can pay though GPay / Phonepe, enter card last four digits and mobile number.

I have done it but only issue is sometimes it give error that bank server is busy

I faced the same problem for Federal Celesta credit card.
Finally I paid via net banking. Add beneficiary to any of your bank accounts and pay via NEFT.
(While adding beneficiary, make sure you add as Current Account, not Savings Acccount)

I faced the same problem for Federal Celesta credit card.
Finally I paid via net banking. Add beneficiary to any of your bank accounts and pay via NEFT.
(While adding beneficiary, make sure you add as Current Account, not Savings Acccount)

Ok major update first of all scapia guys or federal bank what ever the name is they where completely useless and oblivious to problems Evan mailing didn’t not help there all three payment methods upi failed netbanking failed and imps also failed I tried all three so yes
But finally a small loophole found I was able to do minimum due which was 991 rs funny how they won’t let me pay bill but I was able to do minimum due so I kept doing transactions in multiple of 991after 17 times I was able to clear the bill which is ridicules so I have two options one go complain to pno and rbi with proof and or now after paid bill close the card as the risk was very high I am disappointed at best because consequences where grate cibil hit plus interest and penalties so yes

That's unfortunate you had to pay ₹991 17 times. It's better to close such cards, but I never had an issue with Federal CC.

So, generally I pay through GPay, Phonepe with card last four digits and mobile number. Not sure why this method is not working for you, maybe it's issue with mobile number or something to do with Scapia.
