You can send them mail that I have not received spend based offer and if they say they have sent then told them I had not received any message or mail regarding that.You have to mention your relationship with HDFC bank that this is first time I have experience this issue and I was customer of the bank for long time. There are 90 percent chances that they will send you voucher of brand directly to your mobile.
