Stable Money RuPay Credit Card launched by Suryoday bank | 10 Airport lounge access, Spa, Golf, Health Checkup etc

What will happen after 7 days? What happens if one breaks the FD and withdraws after 7 days?
If you withdraw it completely then the card will be canceled. You need to have atleast 1K rupees FD with them for the card to keep going.

However, if you partially withdraw it, then I don't know what happens. I don't think they will downgrade you from Select to Platinum but unfortunately I can't say for sure.

Essentially your money is locked in for the first 7 days, even if you cancel the card it cannot be withdrawn before the 7 day period. After that you can withdraw it partially anytime, However if you withdraw it completely your card will be canceled.

I'm reaching out to seek guidance and clarity about the RuPay Platinum and Select credit cards launched in partnership with Stable Money.

At the time of application, the rewards offered shown in the attached promotional image were a key reason for choosing this card. However, these rewards were delayed to April end. As this is a first time for both Stable Money and Suryoday Bank I’ve been patiently waiting, trusting both the Bank and Stable Money to deliver on what was promised.

I still hold on to that trust, though recent developments have tested it. Quietly removing benefits without notice raises serious concerns about transparency and fair trade practice.

I sincerely hope the bank will acknowledge this issue and provide a clear explanation or resolution. However, if the matter is dismissed or downplayed, I will have no choice but to escalate it formally to the RBI through the Ombudsman portal under grounds of false advertising and breach of trust.

I’m still hopeful this can be resolved in good faith and thank you for your time.
