check once axis netbanking and spends (can search after login) .. and see whether those are matching your actual spends or not.. then you can feel which one is better.. becoz IMO axis doesn't properly categorize the spends as per actual spend category.

and a wrong category means no rewards/cashback.

My Swiggy/Zomato spends via Airtel Axis never gets 10% CB always have to ask them.

When I checked my Axis statement, I see the spends are categorised in a broader bracket but correct, if it is based on MCC then we may loose rewards if the specific MCC is not used even if the broader Category is correct ,So this category thing is helpful, let me know if I am getting anything wrong here

imagine u purchased flight tickets in paytm and axs categorized as wallet load..

if categories based on mcc then no issues but as per mail that is not the case and categories seems like based on app/website.
