How long does it take to move forward?
In my case it's stuck for the last 5 minutes.

It started working after closing the App and opening it again.

What does it means? Can we convert these points to cash or we need to purchase a voucher?

You have to wait 14 days before you can spend the rewards

I don't have 4 lac points as of now lol it's the op. Good suggestion but It's better to use big basket voucher and buy gold coins on festive occasions from the same + u get 5% neupass cashback and it generally is at 2-4% off.

I’m Private tier and have more than 4L points. Goal was to fund the hotel stays for an Italy trip with all the points on IDFC.

The gold route looks enticing and i can keep saving up that money for a revenue booking later on in life

How to enable debut card option in good score? Uninstallling Paytm, Gapy, phonepay is the only way?

After upgrading normal account to Select variant, did the transaction of 1k from FirstTap, can't see the 4k welcome points and rewards for transaction also.

I raised the same query to IDFC, they said if welcome points have been given for another card, then it won't be given for FirsTap again. Seems they have plugged the gap now.
