INSANE 7 TO 7.7% CASHBACK ON FUEL PURCHASES USING IDFC POWER+CC

Might be slight delay from HP pay side. Update HP pay and check. It should come within 30 days. I have received it correctly so far. If not raise a ticket in the HP pay app itself.
There are still some txns which have not gotten the additional Happy coins.

Also one more thing, is the reward point limit in IDFC a monthly limit or statement limit?

My statement would've generated on 19th of this month and i have already loaded around 14k worth in HP wallet but i called them and asked them to change the statement generation date to 1st of each month and they did it but now my statement would be generating on 1st June instead of 19th May.

So if reward point limit is statement limit there's no point using this card for the rest of the month and if ts's monthly limit I'll still be able to use it for the rest of the month

U can try raising a ticket in the HP pay app itself regarding the missing Happy coins. Or try their twitter handle. They r usually active there. This looks like HP's calculation error. They may give the remaining Happycoins after manual verification( like how Axis bank sends their pending cashback after 1 or 2 months).
Regarding the reward limits--> yes it is Statement limit. U can get rewards only for spends upto Rs.12000 per statement cycle. Because u have already exhausted the limit so u will have to wait till next statement cycle begins to get rewards. BTW how are u spending 14k per month on fuel?

I have weekly 300 km travel to office and sometimes more if I have to go somewhere else.

These are the reward points statement from HP pay. For some txns I'm getting the additional Happy coins and for some I'm not.

Also, does your HP pay app also show session expired every time you open it? Even after 2-3 hours it says session expired and I've to login using OTP again every time.

Yes HP app needs a bit more refinement. Are u using fingerprint login? The trick here is to not use fingerprint for login. Use only 4 digit MPIN to login. It wont show session expired. It worked for me atleast. No session expired error for last 3 months.

Ok makes sense. U can keep other Hp cobranded cards from icici/bob to use, once the limit on IDFC PP is exhausted.

My avg would be around 12 and if I go over it shouldn't be more than 2-3k. This month was an outlier. So doesn't make sense to other cards for just 2-3k spending.

Okay I disabled the fingerprint. Let's see tomorrow if I still get session expired.

I suggest that you make transactions in multiples of 150 for rewards optimisation.
