Those f*ks didn't even initiated the refund, upon asking they are saying sir we have already initiated it please wait till today EOD when asked them for the UTR no they don't have that. So raised charge back request with IDFC gave them all the proofs of failed transaction hopefully it will come thru charge back

Don't worry I have experience it 2-3 times. Your reward points will be reversed within 2-3 working days.

same is the case with me.. from the last 5 days they were telling that they have initaited the refund. but today they said there's some software issue and they are working on it.

update - points reversed. Tried booking again, this time went through and I was able to get vouchers worth 10k inr for 40k pts.

IDFC System was under maintenance from 12-14, which is why there was so much delay.

Happened once with me when they portal was freshly migrated. Points got deducted, but was back in a couple hours. No need to worry even if it happens in the future.
