Did Airtel Axis Credit Card removed the Cash Back on other Broadband Bill Payment ?

Hi,

Just paid the bill of ACT Connection Bill for Rs. 3717 /- and while choosing payment option it is not showing any cashback there. But I paid the bill for now, need to wait until 15th to get the statement to get the cashback details


Correct me if they removed it earlier

Can somebody list out the card benefits after the devaluation of airtel axis cc. For ex for new cards issued they had removed the airtel recharge cashback .. correct me if I am wrong.

Answer is already there in some other related thread in technofino. Logo ko ready made answer chahiye aur unke pass itna time v nehi hota hay ki answer search kare. Sorry, I forgot the exact answer. I don't have interest to search the answer for others. But, I am 99.99% sure answer is already available in technofino.

No they didn't remove anything. They basically just removed cashback for charges like installation or activation of airtel services.

In my case the cashback for airtel wifi recharge is not showing in airtel thanks app using airtel axis cc. I doubt if they will give cashback if it is not showing in the app during recharge. Also for other airtel prepaid recharges the cashback is showing as usual. Have they degraded the card and removed for airtel wifi broadband recharges. Can anyone confirm. Also there seems to be no customer contact phone number to ask the same. Any help or feedback here would be appreciated. Thanks!

app never need to show to get the cashback its the MID that matters. statement is u need to care.

Check the statement for the cashback details. It should be included, if not then raise a complaint
