Regalia Gold Milestone benefits vanishing for Regalia Gold Users

Hi,

I finished the milestone in March itself and the quarterly and milestone benefits were showing as unlocked then. I checked again and they show as locked again and it shows I've only spent 2k inr towards the milestones.

Several users on reddit reported this issue too.



I've reported it to escalations email and they said they're looking into it, one user got the assurance it'll be fixed by 20th April.

It's still not fixed for me. I also achieved 5 lakh milestone several weeks ago, but the progress bar seems stuck. Mailing them tomorrow, hope they fix it

I wrote a mail. They said they will get back by 72 working hours, which I think is about 2 weeks. Have to wait.

I'm in the same boat. Have spent about 5L in the last 6 months, so want to email them for a limit extension. Waiting for these benefits to get fixed first

Let's see how it goes.. atleast a limit increase to 500000 would be enough

My rewards were available even till Saturday and now, seems to have vanished. Had two milestone vouchers!

However, they have added quarterly 1.5k voucher. Just mailed and waiting for resolution.

Once it is available grab it... I got voucher even though it was EMI..

As per rewards redemption portal (redirected from redeem rewards section in netbanking) - Milestone spends are calculated at a deferred date (1 month deffered).
In Smartbuy portal -> Track benefits seciton, quarterly milestones spends are matching my spends. But annual milestone spends are only till end of March (i.e. the previous quarter spends).
Also, HDFC CC responed to wait for its update the smartbuy portal gets updated by end of month / post statement generation.

However, I've written to them again seeking clarity wrong cut off date in rewards redemption portal. Let's see..
