My transaction for 8k+ was debited from Kotak 811 super account via debit card, and failed. It shows it will be refunded in 24hrs, lets see 🙂

It happened to me and the money was refunded in <24hrs

I did 2-3 tx last night (Around 10 pm) and 4-5 this morning (around 10 am), all settled instantly without any failure. All were rupay except one Visa.

Another transaction of 5k via idfc debit card was successfully debited from bank but the app voice msg stated the transaction failed. Both my 8k and 5k transaction shows pending in history section. Let's see, it states 48hrs to confirm with the bank.

Rewards received on idfc instantly!

The thing is wether IDFC will take those points back after the refund.

It seems people are ok to spend 100Rs. as subscription fee as long as they get 105Rs. (Overall 5Rs. benefit) without questioning why do they have to pay or loosing interest benefits etc.

If you want Select MAB is 3L
If you want Wealth MAB. is 10L

Once points are rewarded for a valid MCC they can't take them back. The MCC code won't change after the transaction.
