Whichever expiry date is earlier, will be used first. FIFO.

Don't opt for any debit card while opening the account. After account is opened, opt for whatsapp banking and through whatsapp banking u can easily apply.

Yes. But not useful. Same variant two physical dc not possible. So no RSDC if u have one RSDC.
