Bhai kya khujli thi MCC puchne ki. The Zavo app only supported the Rupay Debit card. Above already confirms that IDFC First tap and SBI VDC are working fine for RP.

same error for me also since yesterday morning, till otp it is fine, after entering, zavo shows money not debited from bank error and payment gets failed. firstap works fine as I have checked by adding money to amazon wallet. Looks like it is some issue from zavo.
however, I am able to use the other idfc account's firstap dc in the same zavo account and it is working fine. @Abhishek012

Spamming cc with "what's mcc" request from users would surely lead the mcc to be excluded from reward program by idfc soon.

For some of my transactions in Zavo app didn't received scratch card for Zavo coin and 10 rupee cashback .. what can be done for these ?

no other option to pay cc bill .. 5413 MCC is for credit card bill payment
There is 3 payment gateway available on Zavo app (all eligible for rewards)
some transaction showing under CC category.
some transaction under loan EMI
and transaction under other category.

kiye ja raha hai. Mai bol raha hu usko reward mil raha hai aur usko mil bhi gaya reward but phir bhi IDFC customer care ko call kar k usko mcc code janna hai.
Wait 24 hrs bro and retry, also check your last transaction date and time and pay after 24hrs.
also check your ecom limit.

Check rewards section, you might see unscratched cards there.
Abhishek bhai 6 months ya usse bhi pahle se use kar rahe hai. so sayad unke deduct nhi kiye abhi tak
IDFC rewards MCC Code k uppar deta hai, MCC Code eligible na hota toh reward milta he nahi.
I am able to save idfc rupay debit card in freecharge but while paying credit card bill, it doesnt come up as saved card and I dint get reward points at all for the transaction.

You can use the Zavo app to pay credit card bills using an IDFC Firstap RuPay debit card and earn rewards.
Note - if otp not receive then check your whatsapp for otp.
