Cent Queen Savings Account - LTF Rupay Select Debit Card

Some strange issue here, whenever I am clicking on manage Debit card in Cent eez app to generate green pin it's getting stucked in loading screen indefinitely and nothing happens, same is happening Cent eez NetBanking as well. Any other way to generate pin without visiting the atm?

Nothing special, 1st opend joint ac of 2 got 2 dc then add another and get another dc for that person.
