Post my unsuccessful complaint with RBIO, where Yes Bank simply enabled re-apply option for Kiwi (also suppressed both CIBIL enquiries), I applied again and it was on hold for over 2 months stating "The bank has raised some concerns over your Video KYC". I wrote to PNO and got the same old generic response - you didn't meet the internal evaluation criteria bla bla bla.
Now I applied for Uni Gold and that is also on hold. I sent reminder to PNO again stating RBI clause for exact reason for both applications (separate mail chains). Now they have very cleverly responded to both mails stating the same exact reason "you have applied for another Yes bank card recently".
Action pending on me to combine both complaints and raise final complaint with PNO by providing application numbers and dates and asking how Kiwi application is rejected because I applied for Uni Gold after 2 months? Did they have foresight that I was going to apply for another Yes bank CC 2 months down the line and does "applied recently" also consider future applications?
Update:
After sending the mail to PNO asking them to explain how they can reject both applications on above ground, I got a call from the PNO office. The lady asked me which one I want Kiwi or Uni as they can approve only one. I said Kiwi. She said the reapply link will be enabled within 24 hours and I need to apply again. And before I could say anything, she said don't worry once the card is approved, please send us the ECN of the previous CIBIL enquiry and we will suppress that.
Received mail from PNO on 5th May stating Kiwi card has been approved and asked me to send ECN of the previous Kiwi application.
Card got activated on Kiwi app on 6th May.
Received ticket number for CIBIL suppression request on 7th May.
