I applied for Kiwi on 28 Oct, got rejected, waited for more than 3 months and opened the application and it still showed the same screen that I'm not eligible without letting me apply again. I dropped them the mail that should I delete the data and apply again but they replied it is not possible to re-apply. Please suggest.

Ask the reason for rejection and fix it then try or salary account required for if your looking LTF cards and some of paid cards as offering as LTF, or else instant online easy account is sufficient and you will get 1800+500 benefits openings through Arvindam telegram channel.

You can reach nodal officer tell them if they didn't provide reason then you will raise RBI complaint to get reason for rejection. This is only way work around and you may get again re-consideration, if the reason was wrong from bank side.
