yes bank issued Mastercard debit card upon renewal, instead of rupay platinium DC (which i had)

i was having yes bank rupay platinum DC till now but upon renewal, yes bank issued ELEMENT DC MASTER DEBITCARD. But i want rupay platinum DC only. How can i request for it?

they are saying they stopped issuing rupay debit cards. Not sure why they stopped issuing rupay debit cards. I still dropped email to customer care. Lets see.

Mastercard is Yes Bank's favorite network hence they issued it 😁🤗😹

Call cc of yes Bank and tell them to raise a request for issuance of ruplat card
Or if you have net banking/mobile banking then check whether there is apply option under debit card tab
And apply from there

This card annual charges are 399+gst 🙁
where as for ELEMENT card it is 299+GST (which is already charged in my account) ..

I rarely use debit card except for the friday amazon offer...
