Yes Bank credit card

I had taken reward plus credit card of yes bank. I did not activate it. After a few days, Yes Bank gave me Virtual Rupay Credit Card LTF at the same limit. I activated vartual card only.

Now they have generated the BILL for my REWARD PLUS CARS. In which joining charge has been deducted.



Should I pay the bill or complain?
Please suggest.

You took the bait and now you have to pay price. Reality!

Did you carefully read TnCs related to Virtual Rupay CC, especially related to existing card etc. and obsolutely sure that they didn't mentioned anything about existing card, complain.
