Today I Received Yes bank Ace CC... Via Bluedart..

It's a Rupay Variant..

I tried Iris By Yes Bank app and Net Banking.. But Unable to login..

It says Enter correct details..

I Activated Card and it Says Following Screen..

Can anyone please help..

Yup I faced similar issue with finbooster card received yesterday. On calling customer care, he said give it 2-3 days .

Call bank bazaar customer care, u might need to disable bank bazaar dnd, i faced similar issue, cc executive took request, dnd was disabled in 2 days, after that applied card approved in couple of days.

Call bank bazaar customer care, u might need to disable bank bazaar dnd, i faced similar issue, cc executive took request, dnd was disabled in 2 days, after that applied card approved in couple of days.

Yes same told by them but still facing issue from 15 day. Last week received call saying that it will take some more days but no exact time.

can you guys confirm for existing customer while applying for credit card in yes bank does it ask for kyc? Because before it was not used to ask. Not sure about today.
