Hello All,
Does anybody have got the Yatra Rs 5000 voucher in 2025 which I was expecting upon reaching the spending milestone of 5 lakh on my SBI Vistara Credit Card?
According to an email from Communications1@SBIcard.com dated February 28, 2025, it was communicated that renewal and milestone benefits for SBI Vistara credit cards would be discontinued after April 1, 2025. I completed my last milestone of 5 lakh in the last week of March 2025, well before the stated cutoff date. While I have received the Economy Class Air India voucher, I have yet to receive the Rs 5000 Yatra voucher.
Additionally, I have not received any information or updates regarding the discontinuation of the Rs 5000 Yatra voucher. I have contacted SBI customer care multiple times regarding this issue, and each time, I have been informed that the Rs 5000 Yatra voucher has been discontinued after the Vistara-Air India merger, without any reference to prior communications on this matter.
