Wrong loan in cibil score

Hello today I seen that in my cibil report I find that wrong loan how can I report dispute?

Innofin is the partner of Postpe, did you use that? Or have any active account with them?
Reaching out to them can help you close that account.

I used postpe account postpe created smbkbank Creditcard in my cibil report oh OK this loan also created postpe only I think and I already given a mail to close my postpe account they removed smbkbank Creditcard but innofin loan present in cibil report how can I close this
