Don't they charge like 50.000 VND for per 1 million something? I remember paying such fees in Vietnam, don't remember which bank though.

Not sure about this, but you can try SBI (Mauritius) Ltd ATM, most likely it'll be free. SBI doesn't charge anything extra here in India for foreign cards. SBI (Singapore) Ltd also has no extra fees in Singapore. So, there is a chance that SBI Mauritius won't have fees as well.

Thank you, still confused about using Kotak 811 metal DC. Website doesn't mention any wrt to withdrawal charges but on customer care call they mentioned free but I'm not sure about them.

Btw, for US debit cards used in India, the below don't charge anything extra. Also, by default local currency I.e rupees. Tried and tested.

Stay away from below. They charge 200 rs. They don't mention it upfront also. ICICI and HDFC atleast clearly mentions that 200 rs will be charged. (You rightly mentioned in your Wiki)
