I have multiple cards in Hdfc. only Tata nue card give different number for primary card holder and Add on card holder!. not any other variants of cards. is there any option to have different card numbers?

Why hdfc bank gives add on cards number as same primary card holders number? (except Tata Nue card?)

Since beginning of 2025, HDFC now offering add-ons with different numbers. Talk with support for more details!
I applided for 4 add-on cards 2 weeks back. (2 mariott and 2 swiggy)
I got all of them different card numbers & different CVV.
To answer your question - cancel/close your existing add-on cards, and apply newly.
You will get different numbers either you apply by calling customer care, or applying via HDFC mobile banking app.
(Easier option is to apply via app)
