Why federal bank gives more offers?

i hold 2 federal bank credit cards 1.celesta 2. rupay card.
this bank supports many co branded card. also federal bank gives many offers in lulu,reliance digital,croma,ajio and more places.
but reward program is quit less value .
can anyone suggest me product of fed bank with many offers?
