• Supplemental Salary: INR 650,000 p.a.
• Basic Salary: INR 1,150,000 p.a.
• Housing Allowance: INR 460,000 p.a.
• Transport Allowance: 19,200 p.a.
• Special Allowance: INR 532,800 p.a.
• EPF Scheme: INR 138,000 p.a. from company & INR 138,000 p.a. deducted from basic salary

No offence but that's too much detail, just to ask for a salary account.
Anyway, check with your employer with whom they have tie-up. Or else go with HDFC imo as it offers one of the best credit cards in the market!
