Which Transactions don't earn any EdgeRP on Magnus ?

I have read all tnc and I cant find anywhere that Fuel/Insurance/Wallet/Gold Transactions don't earn EdgeRP . Is it true ?
If not , then where is it written ?

That’s only because the merchant was Paytm instead of paytm wallet. If you get paytm wallet as merchant name, you won’t get any rps.

I don't think fuel spends are eligible.

For fuel no regular points will be given however for milestone spending the fuel amounts get added towards 1lac

Property tax payments on Amex will get zero reward points as confirmed by customer care after my statement said 0 points for a property tax transaction. Customer care said utility payments will not get any rewards. When I said this is not utility but property tax, their reply was since the payment is to a Government agency, it will be considered utilities hence 0 rewards...
