Coming to the screen replacement issues with these phones... Whoever is offering lifetime free screen replacement or any kind of replacement, has tncs that state that if there is even a small dent or scratch then the free replacement is void.
Now about the replacement itself, whenever the service center replaces the screen, the seals on the phone are not as good as when it was done at the factory. Which means, your ip65/66 etc is all down the drain. So this replacement is more of a scam than an actual product benefit or feature as advertised.

Wait bro, Corruption is defined as dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, In this group, there are so many hacks followed to cheat the system. Do you call it as corruption. When an unlearned man does, it is called corruption and a learned man does, it is called hack. So let's call everything a hack.. you need your passport and the cops ask for money, it's not corruption or a bribe, it's a hack. You need work done at a govt office and they ask for cash under the table, it's not corruption or bribe, it's a hack!!

I think you are misinterpreting the definition. Its using power for self benefit. It could or could not be fraudulent or dishonest. Eg - people at pension office take money to issue pension. They are not doing any dishonest/fraudulent activity. They are just issuing your pension. What they are doing is using their power for self benefit.
As for this forum, no one is using their power anyhow. Its just discussing loopholes. So calling it cheating the system is fine but its not corruption.
As for the delivery guy, the company trusted him with the power to take judgement on the condition of device which he misused for personal benefit hence corruption.
