I have paid cc bill payment from Zavo app using idfc first tap dc card in bank statement it is showing as credit card bill payment and no rewards points are added

check on your latest IDFC app.

before transaction check your rewards and then after transaction check your rewards.

I just did my first payment via zavo for a 99800rs bill with idfc first tap. Was instantaneous. Amount already settled in cc .

Got 29000 zavo coins and also 6k RP in my idfc basic 10k MAB account.

2 questions , hoping someone can help.

1. What do I actually do with zavo coins ? Can I purchase items with it without spending cash ? They say 29k points are worth 2.9k.rs , can I actually buy something worth 2.9k with the coins ?

2. I'm new to idfc , I know that 1 rp = 0.25 rs and that upto 50k it's 2rp per 150 rs and anything above 50k fetches 10 rp per 150 rs for my account variant. Since it's a new account I'm supposed to get 2k rp as welcome benefit . Ive recived a total 5988 rp which would be 2k rp welcome benefit + 666 i.e ((50000 / 150 ) *2) + 3320 ( ( 49800 / 150 ) * 2) = 5986 and change . Is this calculation correct ?

you need to wait 14 working days after rewards credited.

Use SBI RuPay virtual debit card and pay anywhere and get rewards and no extra charges for RuPay -

Paytm app, phonepe app, freecharge app, sbi unipay, billdesk website etc

Amex and SCB bank cc bill also supported via billdesk using RuPay variant.

Virtual visa user block card and apply virtual RuPay debit card

Of course you will get reward points too on all these websites/apps.
