Which credit offers a zero markup charges and also provides some rewards on international spends?

I have been using Scapia for international pos spends but it has no meaningful spend based rewards. Can you guys suggest some credit card which has decent rewards on international spend plus zero markup charges as well?

Zero markup + RPs seems difficult

There are few premium cards which offer better returns but have a forex charge. Magnus for Burgundy, Infinia, SBI Cashback for online trxns, Atlas, DCB, etc

You can explore debit cards with 0 forex and rewards like yes grandeur debit card

I have idfc private DC which I guess has zero markup and give 6 rps for every 150. But I can get those rewards by paying the cc bill Anyway. Does idfc select cc have zero forex charges?
