Which card to use for upcoming home installment payment to builder ?

Hello folks....I have upcoming milestone payment coming up for the flat which I bought last year.. it would be around 4.5 lakhs.

I enquired with builder if they can accept CC as option but they denied despite being tier-1 builder.

Is there any way I can do transfer from CC to bank and reap some benefits

Being credit card enthusiast it's painful to spend such a large amount without any reward points / cashbacks.
Card which I own
Hsbc live + ( 6 lakhs)
Sbi cashback ( 4 lakhs limit )
Axis indian oil most useless ( 10 lakhs )
Tata neu, swiggy, idfc , amazon with small limits
