Ask your branch to connect with ATM cell and mbanking backend team to resolve the issue. Or ask them to provide you email ids of ATM cell and mbanking cell. Then send them email, copy to branch email address.
initially when i updated my idfc account to select variant. My original debit card didn’t close down automatically so i blocked and a got an option to re-issue the card due to which a I received 2 select debit cards and further when upgraded to wealth account i still had the option to get 2 debit cards as you can see in the attached screenshot.
For people thinking it must be 2 savings account, no both the debit cards are linked to same savings wealth account
