If yes, is it instant? Because i don't see any BBPS symbol.

You can pay cc bill through other any 3rd party apps and pay via Mobikwik Wallet UPI (choose mobikwik app on UPI payment option)

But amazon full kyc wallet UPI is best for Wallet UPI transfer or pay anywhere via Wallet UPI including cc bill pay.

Now a days many wallet UPI apps launched - Cred, Omnicard, Phonepe, Amazon, payzapp etc etc
