Where to store your Mutual Funds and SIP's?

OK so by now I think OP would have got an idea of where to save MF units and all.

I am adding a comment here based on my recent experience. As we all know there are many apps to see our portfolio and see the MF performance.
  • Starting with AMC apps - we can see only the AMC specific funds.
  • Then there is CAMS and Kfintech apps (older KARVY) - we can see the RTA specific funds - All those ICICI, HDFC and others come under CAMS and Axis and the likes comes under Kfintech
  • Then there is MF Central - where we can see both CAMS and Karvy together.
  • Then there are apps that fetch data from MF central and show us reports - Like Tickertape. This is there I want to add one more - Paytm.
Paytm has an excellent MF report viewer facility, it fetches data from MF Central and generates a report.
That report is much better/insightful than tickertape or others. If you have a paytm account, scroll down and you can see Generate free MF report kind of an option. Or just search for MF Report.
You can refresh it once in 7 days. I have been using it since last 2-3 weeks. I would say it is excellent. Much easier to read, and see the growth than Tickertape or others. Give it a try if you haven't yet seen it.
