Where all Amazon Pay vouchers can be purchased to be considered in AEP for Axis Magnus burgundy?

I know they can be purchaed from Amazon itself but there is some limit after which they remove credit card option.

I know GYFTR do not count in AEP. So wondering what all website are there from where we can purchase apay vouchers and get rewards for Accelrated Edge points.

Will be great to know what are surcharges/convienece fees and limits of each website.

Couldn't find consolidated info cosidering AEP.
