When do we receive gift vouchers & cb from hsbc?

As per of introductory offers by hsbc, i should have received rs 500 Amazon gv & Three complimentary Airport lounge access vouchers upon spend of rs 1k in 30 days. But i am still waiting for these.
Also waiting for 50% cashback (upto rs 100) on first transaction on google pay & 10%cb (upto 2k) upon spend of min rs 10k .
My hsbc platinum Credit card was set up in June. I have called customer care & written email but still waiting. Have any person got these?

I am being shown only 250 amazon voucher on thriwe but in sms it stated i am eligible for 500 amazon voucher.

& that code of 250 also not being redeemed in amazon pay balance
