What's the best Rupay Credit Cards for Education fee Payments?

I have around 20 Lakhs of Education fee to be paid on official college website. They accept only Rupay CC. I only have Tata neu Infinity(Gives 1.5% CB) using which I had already paid 7 Lakhs. I have tried applying Kotak Myntra CC(Gives 1.25% CB) but its not available on their website. Any other alternatives? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
P.S: If there are any premium cards which can be converted to Rupay from Visa/Master, please include them as well
