A quick glance and one time read. As the TnC always changes.

I am not sure what sort of personal info that contains...but I ensure to tear it into small pieces and throw it off.

I don't even scan the letter, unless I need it for some reason.
Everything, except the card goes into a holding tray, we shred the contents of this tray once a month.

All important info like account numbers etc we save in an encrypted document which is auto encrypted as a zip and gets auto backed up to cloud everyday.
