What will happen i(someone) don't go thorough previous posts and keep asking the same questions. Will they get a warning and blocked by the community?.

To put in simply, the search algorithm has improved and more features have been added on the forum to prevent new users from asking the same old questions again and again. These are basically guardrails to prevent you from doing it. But there are some crackheads who disregard everything and continue doing what they are discouraged from doing. Remember, no system is foolproof!
